COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MP-FLXi230/X12B/Y12B-F-24 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the MIV01031B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GVH40E manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 590P53350041A00U4V0 by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has North-American-Electric Brand 2010B0304TP0013N2000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ormec such as SACDE01A2A equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E4809045091C made by Okuma as well as the popular 591P0270500011UKARM01150 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3G3MVA2037200V37KWte by Omron and SACDE01A2A spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSM011A1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
