COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MODEL 490.05 C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bosch product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the PA46BB2600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSK071D0300NNM1UG1NN04 manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSU5100100L by Manufacturer Bosch as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ320BS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Adept such as MV10A equipment made by Adept have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Adept products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Adept" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available OSP5000LG made by Okuma as well as the popular MSK071E0300NNM2UG1RNNN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCL984785L by Modicon and MV10A spares by Adept are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PNOZS524VDC2NO2NOT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
