COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Perceptron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PRC1 manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature S0600X0060Y0082Z0168 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand 42RLR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pepperl such as IPH18GMV1 equipment made by Pepperl have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C31630 made by Pentax as well as the popular ZFVA20 original spares produced by Omron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SEN4215M106W36CD120 by Sensonetics and IPH18GMV1 spares by Pepperl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F3SJA0905P20L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
