COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mti MTi-30-2A5G4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nabertherm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 National-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nabertherm such as the C18S1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA7014100 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 74586201 by Manufacturer National-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RHT075MD601A01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as 1F0000110 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TMS made by Nippon as well as the popular SM80UU original spares produced by Nippon-Bearing

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UM230B by Nachi and 1F0000110 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4S5874722 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nikon.
