COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Msc Tuttlingen FOCUS-T ID: 6355025 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hope parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GLC150BG41ADK24V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HISUM22STAB manufactured by Hope and we are pleased to be able to service most Hope systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JZNCOP101 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand KS0K3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-American-Mfg. such as H6195B equipment made by North-American-Mfg. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-American-Mfg. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-American-Mfg." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KAT150533 made by Captec as well as the popular M10TDBS original spares produced by Dynics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC3000CS100KIC300DIQ616B by Ge and H6195B spares by North-American-Mfg. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FT1AC12RAB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec. |
