COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ms-tech DC-Spindle-Motor-Drive parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nais products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nakanishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nidec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nais such as the GV40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EM25N5000 manufactured by Nakanishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nakanishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FELQ5P by Manufacturer Nidec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nb Brand SFWS16X36FS103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 74588701 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5090009801 made by Nicolett-Tech-Corp as well as the popular 200A0844 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NT1010218 by Nallatech and 74588701 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1F0000110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
