COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moxa ia2460 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nidec-Shimpo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nidec-Shimpo such as the VRKF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC9821X manufactured by Nec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PV8056V1 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has National-Aperture-Inc Brand MVP1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as ML104QN2513 equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Q0L00 made by Ndh as well as the popular 3572 original spares produced by Mpc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 418A by Niagara and ML104QN2513 spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AB35031 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neturen.
