COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moxa EDS-305-M-ST-T parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Process-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the E5EFA02TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P6034AE manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3LS1557531XR35SRP2 by Manufacturer Process-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robertshaw Brand GardPakIII in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by N-tron such as 508TX equipment made by N-tron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire N-tron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "N-tron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available H5SA made by Omron as well as the popular PSSSBDI8O8 original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the H3YN2 by Omron and 508TX spares by N-tron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CN101R1650C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omega. |
