COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics VMX78 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikki-Denso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nelson-Electric-Mfg-Co such as the 1035BC328 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSA20NN51 manufactured by Nikki-Denso and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikki-Denso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG205A150H by Manufacturer Nb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand RPM75DMD511C202211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Neimicon such as OVW2062MHT equipment made by Neimicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Neimicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Neimicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9875220 made by Nedap as well as the popular 486336 original spares produced by Msa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GV40 by Nais and OVW2062MHT spares by Neimicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFSM4520WB502A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nec. |
