COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics LC1-8-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moxa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Neuro-Logic-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the MV103039 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EDS510A3SFP manufactured by Moxa and we are pleased to be able to service most Moxa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFT27U by Manufacturer Neuro-Logic-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EB20039363 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nexen such as 912123 equipment made by Nexen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nexen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nexen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8685070013 made by Multi-vac as well as the popular C18S1 original spares produced by Nabertherm Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SEBS3AUU by Nb and 912123 spares by Nexen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPC1500TI54GB160SSXP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
