COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics KP1-420 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Parker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Parker product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Parker such as the PMC10T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MIV04041B1 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GVU12ENK by Manufacturer Parker as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C200HCPU02CPUUnit in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nsk such as EE0408C0525 equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 10610101 made by Okuma as well as the popular 2010B0604TP0013N4000 original spares produced by North-American-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 10060629 by Okuma and EE0408C0525 spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8351AT04 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer North. |
