COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics KP1-401 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the DRQD16180YSRIAARFW spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MMPM15404 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AIG707WCL1B2F by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Xinje Brand THA62MT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as GT1695MXTBD equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP2601TC11 made by Proface as well as the popular T100EXTER original spares produced by Beijer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGDV780A11A by Yaskawa and GT1695MXTBD spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMGV09ADC6CSGDV7R6A01A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
