COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics EB2-24-P-BD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Multiflex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the L3S4875PEEOL20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GV40 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M10ATXXOP1213OOPPCO810000 by Manufacturer Multiflex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nec-Sanyo-Denki Brand DFSM730B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as ML104QT2523S equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PLF made by Neugart as well as the popular 03MN700051 original spares produced by Muratec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 74650101 by National-Instrument and ML104QT2523S spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ia2460 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moxa. |
