COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics ABC-200-240-PX1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Neles-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nexen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Neles-Automation such as the NE72635 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFW16X385FS116 manufactured by Nb and we are pleased to be able to service most Nb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 803353 by Manufacturer Nexen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nanotec Brand L5918OV23053 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nanotec such as A30577 equipment made by Nanotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nanotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nanotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14XL0373FA made by Neuman as well as the popular M700T24 original spares produced by Nematron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 02340015 by Neundorfer and A30577 spares by Nanotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EB224NX3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motortronics. |
