COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motortronics 36-0226 and 36-0202 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newport parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Motortronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 2010B0604TP0013N2000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESP30011N1N2 manufactured by Newport and we are pleased to be able to service most Newport systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 360226and360202 by Manufacturer Motortronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Parker Brand 9958R0020 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as BLIID5050A equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SACD08MI made by Ormec as well as the popular 3G3IVB4150EV2 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OS82102P by Osai and BLIID5050A spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S038V4F11I12T11M12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
