COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motorola 84D8278T01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nagasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motortronics such as the 360160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCM120TAL manufactured by Nagasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Nagasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML104LL1023S by Manufacturer Nematron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mpe Brand ISB10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nec such as FC9821X equipment made by Nec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SYTS3055 made by Nb as well as the popular DV48S original spares produced by National Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FJFAB250C200TU21 by Nachi and FC9821X spares by Nec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PV8056V1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nematron. |
