COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motor Science Inc DHB12010-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Muller-Weingarten products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Murr product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Muller-Weingarten such as the Hydaulic spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH166 manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MBVPDI16 by Manufacturer Murr as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mte Brand RL04513 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Muscle-Corporation such as CM1C7L30A equipment made by Muscle-Corporation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Muscle-Corporation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Muscle-Corporation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B739X2AJG made by Nelson-Electrical as well as the popular SFW24X38FS115 original spares produced by Nb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RD160E71 by Nabtesco and CM1C7L30A spares by Muscle-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FJFAB150C75TU21 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
