COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motoman JANCD-NTU30B-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Multi-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motor-Power-Company parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Multi-Products such as the TB2001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100751E12 manufactured by Motor-Power-Company and we are pleased to be able to service most Motor-Power-Company systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FDTPFSJN2M15 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Neuro-Logic-Systems Brand RFT27U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nachi such as MSM152Q4D equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available L3S4875PEEOL20 made by Motortronics as well as the popular MVME original spares produced by Motorola Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RL04511 by Mte and MSM152Q4D spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HES062MHT80005000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nemicon. |
