COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motoman HW9380043-A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panther-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Oriental-Motor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the Meropa220 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2100PTH14M42 manufactured by Panther-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Panther-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3IK15GN by Manufacturer Oriental-Motor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Oriental-Motor Brand 5GS50K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motovario such as HFA51 equipment made by Motovario have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motovario products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motovario" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SK12N140TC made by Nord as well as the popular 8IH25G original spares produced by National-Matsushita Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PL1 by Ohio and HFA51 spares by Motovario are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TM08131535658131536 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ohio. |
