COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motoman 142181-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bosch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pmi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pmi-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bosch such as the 3842503063 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00S0913999 manufactured by Pmi and we are pleased to be able to service most Pmi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0001207002U12M4 by Manufacturer Pmi-Motors as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Robins-Myers Brand 150978E14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motoman such as 1421811 equipment made by Motoman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motoman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motoman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1326ABB430G21 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 0144823019 original spares produced by Bison Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12080VL100L40BRE by Nord and 1421811 spares by Motoman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1151DP4S22B1M1S2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount. |
