COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion Plus Digital Servo Controllers 486328-01 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Skf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Weinview product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP37WBG1124V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the THAP300E10 manufactured by Skf and we are pleased to be able to service most Skf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT8121IE by Manufacturer Weinview as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weinview Brand MT8050iv2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as XBTF034510 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GP4105G1D made by Proface as well as the popular 3400 original spares produced by Aanderaa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711CT6T by Allen-Bradley and XBTF034510 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AGP3300L1D24 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface. |
