COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motion 100-1-SRVO-01-080W parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mydata-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nbs parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mydata-Automation such as the L290803B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6KK848G10 manufactured by Nbs and we are pleased to be able to service most Nbs systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SFW20X7FS116 by Manufacturer Nb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Neles-Jamesbury Brand SP200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Netter-Vibration such as NTK equipment made by Netter-Vibration have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Netter-Vibration products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Netter-Vibration" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1102406139B made by Netstal as well as the popular RD160E71 original spares produced by Nabtesco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WI01 by Nadesco and NTK spares by Netter-Vibration are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10043264 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Msa. |
