COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motan Visio P305LTE/ED/CS/ESB/4MB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Shunk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eurotherm-Drives product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the RIORS232Print spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q308222 manufactured by Shunk and we are pleased to be able to service most Shunk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R590LDC00001 by Manufacturer Eurotherm-Drives as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tb-Wood's Brand VACONX4C40300C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ge-Fanuc such as PMDMCU15167001R00 equipment made by Ge-Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge-Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge-Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM101769 made by Xycom as well as the popular SS5V2E4K53 original spares produced by Smc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SHLD69600G by Siemens and PMDMCU15167001R00 spares by Ge-Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPI3D200C2PB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
