COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Morse AOOMJ4471 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kice product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the D99999 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNH5095Y17 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHXS6110Y59 by Manufacturer Kice as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flender Brand BA6600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Flexaline such as DUMQ2425 equipment made by Flexaline have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Flexaline products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Flexaline" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BM02183 made by Grove as well as the popular BM82660L56 original spares produced by Leeson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DFT80N6BMG1HRTFIS by Sew and DUMQ2425 spares by Flexaline are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D565862 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-flex.
