COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Morin MRP-70U-K-S080 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nelson-Electrical parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mos-ic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the RPM0145U701SIG2100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B739X2AJG manufactured by Nelson-Electrical and we are pleased to be able to service most Nelson-Electrical systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DR3A by Manufacturer Mos-ic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motorpact Brand CAD245NAOLN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nematron such as ePC1500TCM44051240EXXP equipment made by Nematron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 150113 made by Munters as well as the popular HES252C original spares produced by Nemicon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SFWS16X36FS103 by Nb and ePC1500TCM44051240EXXP spares by Nematron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H43HLFCLSSNS03 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motion. |
