COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Morin C-270U-S080-JSO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the BLH20E20TB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3G3MVCB022 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature YPCT314341B by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand SACFACF06A04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Navitar such as 160564 equipment made by Navitar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Navitar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Navitar" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HN80CDrawBar made by Nigata as well as the popular 650V43190030BF1P00B2 original spares produced by Parker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OSS200 by Osai and 160564 spares by Navitar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EMLZ10CF105 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk. |
