COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mori Seiki CNC LATHE CONTROL PANEL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Uniop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Priva product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Uniop such as the ETFPC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCN92598 manufactured by Emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ComsetHXPM by Manufacturer Priva as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Adept Brand EXTB01AD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brad-Communications such as DRL380 equipment made by Brad-Communications have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brad-Communications products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brad-Communications" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EZS8CF made by Automation-Direct as well as the popular EZCT8CEP original spares produced by Ez-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EUAIC0827 by Okuma and DRL380 spares by Brad-Communications are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DL302706C21J8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
