COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mori Seiki AP-DTP-BCA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Reliance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the XPSMC16Z spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 773105 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 64418RS by Manufacturer Reliance as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 3TK28101BA42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Philips-Dynalite such as DRC810DT equipment made by Philips-Dynalite have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Philips-Dynalite products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Philips-Dynalite" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NE1ASCPU01V1 made by Omron as well as the popular CPUCardCP8ZE8US original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1102043X56XXXHXX by Schweitzer and DRC810DT spares by Philips-Dynalite are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 774400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
