COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moore TCA/J-25MV/SH2/117AC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsd products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsd such as the VED11T0A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MR3M200P12240VUMR3M200P12240VU manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LHTRG00U04801V0 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mts Brand R1172761 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as V500LPR5627C equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 888019 made by Moore as well as the popular PX4000C61KGVPX4000C6 original spares produced by Omegadyne Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET11122110 by Namco and V500LPR5627C spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
