COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moore Products QLCCM22AAN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aaliant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mettler-Toledo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aaliant such as the VL75A0S1K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR92B130 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XS802S by Manufacturer Mettler-Toledo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-hammer Brand SPD120240S2K in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rexroth such as R911263158 equipment made by Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XHR3333 made by Xantrex as well as the popular S42024C3013A1 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LF63250E45 by An-Corp and R911263158 spares by Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP918 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
