COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moore 16418-41/4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Muratec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nais product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the RPM0050MF021A01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NDK1230PCB2 manufactured by Muratec and we are pleased to be able to service most Muratec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GV40 by Manufacturer Nais as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motion Brand 85615266 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nb such as SFW16X385FS116 equipment made by Nb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FRNR32E1 made by Nadella as well as the popular ATOX32RX001000000100 original spares produced by Msa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 352EA21C1C by Moore and SFW16X385FS116 spares by Nb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1206390AA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Motion. |
