COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moore 0MM/RS485/U/18-30DC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rieter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rieter such as the 1850649 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C500OC224E manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 46486301C0166569C46280801L by Manufacturer Mts-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand E5EKAA202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as HIM101 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 170ADO53050 made by Schneider as well as the popular 77A71 original spares produced by Struthers-Dunn Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6ES71532AA010XB0 by Siemens and HIM101 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZVT7BF023865 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
