COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moog G761-3003-S19JOGM4VPL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kuka products, including obsoleted and phased-out Distaview-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kuka such as the KCP200130547 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MV0IED24ILQV manufactured by Distaview-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Distaview-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC800SSI104D2CE by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Barber-Colman Brand GCMA105201 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kuka such as KCPKRC169000398 equipment made by Kuka have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kuka products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kuka" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HR2400 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular GV3000EAC039AADBURFI original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMPMD1400C by Modicon and KCPKRC169000398 spares by Kuka are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC4501A100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc. |
