COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Caloritech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lexium product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Caloritech such as the CXC220P2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CV1GAU manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BPH1903K5MA2CA1 by Manufacturer Lexium as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand AO2B0060CO33 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Microstar-Laboratories such as DAP3216A equipment made by Microstar-Laboratories have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Microstar-Laboratories products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Microstar-Laboratories" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CL7001A10 made by Rosemount as well as the popular D1052D original spares produced by General-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DMA085B1101D by Indramat and DAP3216A spares by Microstar-Laboratories are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AS584L221 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
