COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Montronix 80151304 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mori-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motortronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Motoman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mori-Seiki such as the MSR1E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EB224NX3 manufactured by Motortronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Motortronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMRS by Manufacturer Motoman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Msa Brand 813762 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motion such as Stroke equipment made by Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 352BA21NNF made by Moore as well as the popular 161337106 original spares produced by Moore Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RHT0600UD601A01 by Mts and Stroke spares by Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 340D2AH12B5NN13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
