COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Monitek CS-G-1290-000A-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nais products, including obsoleted and phased-out Newall parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nais such as the MQW20CRDC1224V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS081300 manufactured by Newall and we are pleased to be able to service most Newall systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RTC261 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Namco Brand EE10000019 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Nikon such as 14601 equipment made by Nikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nikon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 340DFCARRB5N113 made by Moore as well as the popular RIK42C393600L4RZ original spares produced by Numerik Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM10 by Nais and 14601 spares by Nikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TSRBU0120D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mts. |
