COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moldflow A9800 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Moore products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moxa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Motion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Moore such as the 161011814 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMC21MSC manufactured by Moxa and we are pleased to be able to service most Moxa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AQS0129 by Manufacturer Motion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moore Brand 1617112103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moore such as 1610117411 equipment made by Moore have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moore products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moore" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6354712006 made by Motovario as well as the popular 16139209 original spares produced by Moore Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTR3N33HRBN0 by Mtr-3n33-h-r-b-n-o and 1610117411 spares by Moore are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 52N4MT2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Moore. |
