COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mold Masters 90-013-500B-5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Murphy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Moore product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Motion such as the P860 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EMS47 manufactured by Murphy and we are pleased to be able to service most Murphy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 161337112 by Manufacturer Moore as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moxa Brand PT7728FHVHV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Motorpact such as CAD245NAOLN equipment made by Motorpact have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Motorpact products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Motorpact" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DHB1201001 made by Motor-Science-Inc as well as the popular 459812X075 original spares produced by Moog Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRA1M1D24F0M0052S by Mts and CAD245NAOLN spares by Motorpact are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DR3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mos-ic. |
