COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Moeller NZM9-250/ZM9-100CNA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the TSXP57353AM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the REH3020 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRX00040020 by Manufacturer Itron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bayside Brand RA90020LB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ctc such as PWR51011 equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SM42017652020010 made by Vickers as well as the popular PSI6100100L1 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PHCBRC10000000 by Bailey and PWR51011 spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPN180N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ksk. |
