COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modutrol Motor M945A1017 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Vem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Demag parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Abb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Vem such as the K21R80G4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KBA140B6A manufactured by Demag and we are pleased to be able to service most Demag systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M2VA71B3GVA072002CSB by Manufacturer Abb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Marathon Brand K709 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell such as M38BP821214 equipment made by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waukesha-Cherry-burrell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waukesha-Cherry-burrell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KXN60828S65 made by Georgii-Kobold as well as the popular KA7207LPB039Z original spares produced by Schorch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M429531B3617 by Aeg and M38BP821214 spares by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
