COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon S76D-E01-F010 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bayside parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kuroda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the R88MU10030HA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PG142010LB manufactured by Bayside and we are pleased to be able to service most Bayside systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1024ZLH6K1Z10 by Manufacturer Kuroda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand PGH530100RE11VU2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sew such as S57DT80K4 equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PMA44P0010000 made by Pacific-Scientific as well as the popular Q202Y012N056K1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R63DT80N4 by Sew and S57DT80K4 spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS90100S2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
