COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon NW-RR85-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Applikon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the SPINDLEAMPLIFIERMODULE298KW283325V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1336BDBSP19B manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1012 by Manufacturer Applikon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand ID15P205ER in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bimba such as MRS311DXP equipment made by Bimba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bimba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bimba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 590c07009100000000 made by Eurotherm as well as the popular C50A1B original spares produced by Advanced Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ACH5010304N0P2 by Abb and MRS311DXP spares by Bimba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A06B6093H114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
