COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon MM-PMA1-30S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hyundai products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crt-Solutions parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unitronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hyundai such as the HITROL880SINUMERIK880 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MONOINSTCRT manufactured by Crt-Solutions and we are pleased to be able to service most Crt-Solutions systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V13033TA24 by Manufacturer Unitronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Proface Brand AGP3500S1D24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toauto such as 110HS20DM2282 equipment made by Toauto have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toauto products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toauto" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2711PB15C4D8 made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular 6AV6 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1492RIFM20FF1202 by Allen-Bradley and 110HS20DM2282 spares by Toauto are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XBTGT5330 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider. |
