COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon MM-PM15-404 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westinghouse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fuji product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the ATV312H055N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2D78522 manufactured by Westinghouse and we are pleased to be able to service most Westinghouse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V806CDN by Manufacturer Fuji as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electrohome Brand MD2000390 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Proface such as AGP3600T1D24 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGM7J02AFC6ESGD7S1R6A00A made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMGV20ADC61SGDV180A01A original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4088849001S1FX by Allen-Bradley and AGP3600T1D24 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDV1R6A01B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
