COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon MM-FMN3-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motion-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the OF4160BR spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA1000 manufactured by Motion-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Motion-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RIM131 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bailey Brand PHCBRC20000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Daido such as MRS010411A12003 equipment made by Daido have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Daido products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Daido" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NLK3B500L made by Siemens as well as the popular Q9200A1001 original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PPCR022NNNNNNNNFW by Indramat and MRS010411A12003 spares by Daido are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMI5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
