COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon J908-101 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rigaku products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mts product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rigaku such as the 641121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3850210 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GHS0020UD601V0 by Manufacturer Mts as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Renishaw Brand RGH24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as F3SNA0952P25L04TS equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available STD33J1 made by Nivelco/princo as well as the popular BA30TV original spares produced by Optex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2489 by Montalvo and F3SNA0952P25L04TS spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EP13014280 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco. |
