COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon CGP31-TAB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Groupe-Schneider product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BSM80B175BA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CGC0780T manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMH1401P11A2A by Manufacturer Groupe-Schneider as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand C02F008M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as BPH0953N5AF2CA1 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BG70Z11D09SA4TOFAM made by Danfoss as well as the popular BSM63A275AA original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C6K17FK21L by Leeson and BPH0953N5AF2CA1 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BD625A132H05N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
