COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon BPHO752N5MA2CA1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Marzocchi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cmc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Okuma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Marzocchi such as the ALP1AD7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BMR2005TCD00CEA001 manufactured by Cmc and we are pleased to be able to service most Cmc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BL180E20T by Manufacturer Okuma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Okuma Brand BL80E20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amicon such as APY50 equipment made by Amicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A53A40B10000 made by Cleveland as well as the popular AKM32EACC2DB00 original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A37619215HG by Amat and APY50 spares by Amicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AMPH132MRA2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lafert. |
