COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-P421-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued North-American-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Numatics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader North-American-Electric such as the 2010B0504TP0013N4000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESAY3008T2521 manufactured by Nks and we are pleased to be able to service most Nks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6380 by Manufacturer Numatics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nc-Servo-Technology Brand NCSA110300 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Okuma such as VAC1D8A equipment made by Okuma have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Okuma products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Okuma" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D22 made by Okuma as well as the popular NJM3771FM2 original spares produced by Njr Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWAM6H010RA by Oriental-Motor and VAC1D8A spares by Okuma are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 690431950B0B00W00B400 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker. |
