COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon AS-P230-080 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Brooks parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the CM150DC24NFM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BRDPALRLYHVSA manufactured by Brooks and we are pleased to be able to service most Brooks systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B204B21B2 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand CM10MD124H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Catelec such as CDD120N12 equipment made by Catelec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Catelec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Catelec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C916120 made by Gould as well as the popular C200HCT021 original spares produced by Omron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM300DU12H by Mitsubishi and CDD120N12 spares by Catelec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original C364C102H01J2Q05BG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
